What recruitment solutions are available for companies?

Internships

Internships allow companies to host a student for a short period (3 to 6 months) in order to:

Carry out specific, short-term assignments
Prepare for future recruitment

All internships are governed by a tripartite agreement between the company, the student and IAE Paris-Est.

Key points:

Internship agreements are provided and supervised by IAE Paris-Est to simplify procedures
Academic supervision: each intern is supported by both an academic tutor and a company supervisor
Mandatory remuneration after two months (€4.35 per hour, equivalent to 15% of the Social Security hourly ceiling)
The internship must be approved by all parties before it begins

The apprenticeship contract

The apprenticeship contract is an effective solution for long-term integration and skills development.

Key points:

Contract signed between the company, the student, IAE Paris-Est and the CFA (UPEC or Descartes, depending on the campus)
Duration:
- 1 year for bachelor’s degrees (Bac+3)
- 2 years for master’s degrees (Bac+5)
Work-study schedule tailored to each programme (specific timetables provided)
Personalised support: an academic tutor at IAE Paris-Est and a company supervisor
Employment contract (fixed-term), with remuneration in line with legal regulations
Training fully funded by OPCOs, at no cost to the work-study student

Please note: the contract must be validated and signed before the start of the work placement.
